Absolutely love Bel and every style of class she does, I always walk out feeling stronger mentally and physically. No matter how I am feeling, I know I will be able to zone out for the whole class and be present. Bel has a way of making you acknowledge how you're feeling mentally but then push through and come out feeling better than when you walked in. The classes are well thought out and work every part of your body. While they are challenging they're also fun and engaging. Bel has done a great job transitioning her classes online amongst this craziness and she still has that special touch over the internet! What can I say about the online hub and it’s amazing yoga instructor? Bel is truly inspirational every session is as unique as her.
