If you wish to relieve your stress while building your physical and mental strength, then my movement classes at Move Body Wellness in Melbourne are for you. I teach students from age 16 and up all levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

Movement is my specialty. Moving with intention, moving with awareness, moving the body to move the mind in my motto. Through various class such as Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Aerial yoga. This movement is for anyone and everyone. It’s not about how flexible you are or if you can touch your toes. It's about what you learn. It's an experience; a time for you to be you, here and now, and to just be.

My movement classes have no end. They are challenging, fun, relaxing,rejuvenating and so rewarding. There is always room for improvement and progress. We always approach the impossible with hope and meet ourselves where we are at, not the person next to us. We get right out of that comfort zone, as nothing will ever grow there. We challenge to make change, change to create challenge and with that we grow. There is so much hope and power gained in mindful movement and the possibilities are endless. Our Slower style Yoga Therapy, Morning Rituals and Hatha classes will put your life on pause and lead you into a beautiful space of stillness and relaxation in both the mind and body.

My movement is all about working hard, going that extra mile when you think you can’t, letting go, embracing your flaws and highlights, and doing the best you can. Movement, Motivation and Meditation is how I roll in every single way. My guidance, knowledge, energy, calmness and positive mindset is beside you every step of the way. Gaining strength, control, confidence,peace,stillness and don’t forget killer abs and bod that comes with all the hard work and the stillness you create within your mind and body. But what really matters is leaving your mat with your cup overflowing with self-love and acceptance. Join me!

About Me

I started my studio, Move Body Wellness, to offer a method - The Power Movement. A method of harmony between the mind and body. To provide Mindful Movement, Slow Flows, Power Yoga, Pilates and Barre classes in Melbourne, Victoria for beginner, intermediate, and advanced students. I also will provide aerial flow classes (non-heated)at a later date.

Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Aerial have been a part of my life for many years now, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible, and fearless, both on and off the mat. I have been practicing yoga and Pilates for more than 10 years and have been teaching classes for more than 5 years. As for aerial yoga, I have been practicing it for more than 3 years and teaching it for more than a year.


The practice inspires me to live each moment more mindfully and to be grateful for all the things I have in my life. I want to share this with my students and the world and give them the opportunity to feel the same so they, too, can live their very best life, not just on the mat but in the world in general. At Move Body Wellness, I’ve created a new and exciting movement for the mind and body. The Power Movement is to move your body, to move your mind. A method of mindfulness and physical activity to create a balanced movement within oneself. I will always be a student of the practice. Always learning, growing, and paying it forward in every way I can. I am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom all my teachers and students have shared with me along the way.

If you were to describe me in one word it would be AUTHENTIC. In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a huge dose of inspiration. I seek to help others be their best version of themselves and live their very best lives by nurturing body,mind and soul through movement, and hope that they step off their mat feeling balanced, fierce, inspired and whole. My classes are fun,uplifting, challenging,inspiring and so rewarding. My energy is infectious and from the moment you step into my class you will be recognized, appreciated and taught through my never changing method of passion, love and commitment. Come move with me.
