No expectations , no pressure. It’s all about having fun and enjoying the moment. Our goal is for you is to find wellness in your place to practice🙏

Our reason behind this challenge is To support World Health. World health Day is on April 7th which is recognized every year for different help topics. The focus we are carrying through Action April at the studio is to encourage and foster the development of a movement to create a community focused on wellness, support and wellbeing. Moving it forward, Paying it forward . Sharing “The Power of Movement” from our actions by committing to ourselves ,we then share that with others. Good energy is contagious yogis!!

Relax, revitalise and renew with a day of per indulgence. Please read the itinerary details and fill out the form below with your interest. I can then confirm numbers and if the day can go ahead. This is something I would like to become a permanent part of the studio being a “Monthly Wellness Retreat “ for us. I think it’s a perfect way to finish off a month. Different locations and retreats for every month of the year. Could be a great addition to the studio. Obviously, with international retreats to follow.

FULL DAY 8am- 7pm Approx. SATURDAY OR SUNDAY
DEPARTURE- THE STUDIO APPROX 8am Transport Supplied

1.5 hr Aerial Flow/ Restore Class
OR if Aerial is NA due to covid it will be Yoga & Pilates
1 Hour Self Healing Workshop
Revitalise Bath House bathing access
Body Clay workshop
Fire & Ice workshop
Food throughout Day - Picnic Hampers
8 hr relaxation dome hire 11am-7pm
Cost - Approx. $250/$300 TOTAL per person TBC -This Includes everything above - Deposit $150 to secure spot.
